Program Description
Event Details
NOTE: This event will be held in Room M, with overflow in Room N of the Commons at Spencer Road (upstairs). Both rooms will have ironing stations and cutting equipment.
Come work on a bookshelf project (quilt, pillow, wall hanging, or table topper) in honor of the Library's 50th Anniversary this month...1973-2023!
Bring your sewing machine, fabric, and other supplies.
A great way to get variety in your project without buying more fabric is to swap fabric with others. This is completely optional. If interested, please bring strips between 2"-3" in width and 10" in length.
Rotary cutting stations and ironing boards will be available to share.
A second sewing day is set for Saturday, September 9, from 9:30 - 3:30, and you will need to register separately for that.
Happy 50th Anniversary, St. Charles City-County Library!
