Information

• Groups can reserve an event, meeting, or conference room through December 31, 2024
• Groups or individuals can reserve a study room once per calendar week
• Set-up times must be incorporated into reservations, it is not automatically built in
• Event and meeting room reservations have a built in 15 minute tear-down period after the reservation time
• Not every room set-up will accommodate a room's full capacity
