The adventures of two federal agents, Agent Kay and Agent Jay, also known as "The Men in Black", who keep an eye on aliens in New York City. While investigating a series of unregistered close encounters, the MIB agents uncover the deadly plot of an intergalactic terrorist. Rated PG-13.
