Program Description

Event Details

Relax, stretch, and strengthen your body at a basic Vinyasa yoga class. Join us in a gentle warm-up sequence, flow through fundamental yoga poses, and relax with a guided meditation.

Recommended for Ages 18+.

Teacher: Katie Ruppert.

A few yoga mats will be available for the class. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. Wear comfortable clothes.
