Event Details
Relax, stretch and strengthen your body at a basic vinyasa yoga class. Join Tess Clarkson in a gentle warm-up sequence, flow through fundamental yoga poses, and relax with a guided meditation.
The instructor, Tess Clarkson, teaches yoga through VIVAYA Live. She was certified (200 hours) with West East Yoga in St. Louis.
A few yoga mats will be available for the class. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. Wear comfortable clothes.
The presenter will have a waiver of liability for participants to sign at the beginning of the class.
