Event Details

Chair yoga is an adapted yoga practice that allows you to stay seated while maintaining yoga-focused poses.

Certified Yoga Instructor Lisa Bianco will guide you through the poses to receive a good stretch, improve your muscle tone, reduce stress, and feel good in your entire body.
