This engaging presentation helps audience members learn about the warning signs of mental health conditions and what steps to take if you or a loved one are showing symptoms of a mental health condition. The information in this presentation is provided by the St. Louis chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Please note there will be sensitive topics discussed, including negative coping strategies, such as
self-harm and suicide ideation.
