Program Description

Event Details

Prince Leopold of the Leopolis Kingdom has gone missing in a suspected kidnapping!  Famed detectives Nancy Drew and Sherlock Holmes have individually been called in to solve the case. The only evidence found at the scene was a stack of charred love letters.  It could be the only clue to rescuing the prince.  Unfortunately, whomever tried to burn the letters was successful in obscuring key details.

The list of Prince Leopold's rumored love interests is long.  His list of romantic rivals is even longer. Detectives Drew and Holmes need your help to track down and decipher the love letter, expose the author, and rescue the dude in distress.

This is not your typical escape room.  It is a competition between Team Sherlock Holmes and Team Nancy Drew.  Library attendees will be divided into teams and placed in two separate but identical escape rooms simultaneously. Which team will win by solving the mystery first?

When registering, please indicate which team you would like to be on: Team Sherlock Holmes or Team Nancy Drew.  We will try to honor your preference if possible.  Please use the same contact information for all members of your party if you wish to be in the same meeting room for the competition.

This event is part of the True Crime and Curiosities Series.

A bundle of letters with a Crown

Light snacks consisting of snack-sized candies will be served like Hershey's kisses, conversation hearts, M&Ms, and Skittles.
