Event Details

This class will focus on preparing for the management and distribution of your assets and wealth as you age. Topics will include creating a will, establishing trusts, and discussion of other events to ensure that not only are your wishes carried out, but that your assets are distributed according to your wishes.

Setting an example and laying the foundation through a long-term plan, you can have peace of mind, knowing that your future and your loved ones' future are protected.

About the presenter Todd W Sivia, CEPA, CExP, CEO:

Todd Sivia, attorney and owner of Sivia Law, graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Business from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and later graduated from St Louis University School of Law. Sivia is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri.

In 2006, Todd Sivia started Sivia Business & Legal Services, PC. Today, Sivia represents over three hundred small to medium size companies through the corporate life cycle of business. Sivia has been an instructor at several local universities and community colleges, including Lewis and Clark Community College, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and St Louis University School of Law. Sivia has also been a facilitator for Dave Ramsey's two courses of Financial Peace and the Legacy Journey through his church.
