Program Description

Event Details

Explore how fashion, and fabric affected the 19th century American woman. It was more than just frivolous or a clue to a person's level of social class. Dressmaking and sewing provided women with a creative outlet as well as an opportunity to earn money and own property.

Presented in partnership with St. Charles County Parks.
