Event Details

There are 6,000 islands in Greece. They offer a variety of beaches, bays, caves, ancient villages, monasteries, and museums. Each island is unique.

  • Crete is the largest and you can visit the Palace of Knossos, which has a 4000-year-old throne room, and a 4000-year-old flush toilet.
  • Knossos is also the location of the Labyrinth and its resident minotaur, which devoured humans for nourishment.
  • The island of Mykonos is where celebrities go to party.
  • Corfu has an old Venetian fortress.
  • Rhodes had one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.
  • Santorini is where you can stand on a hilltop, look seaward, and believe that you can tell where the lost city of Atlantis was.
  • And Milos is where the Venus de Milo was sculpted.
