Event Details

Restorative Yoga is a type of Yoga that heals your body from stress. When you are relieved from stress, you feel calmer, have more mental clarity, and sleep better are some of the many benefits. 

Join us for an hour of relaxation to give your body the necessary care it needs. Please bring a yoga mat, bolster or pillow, blocks, and a blanket. Yes, we are going to get comfy. (If you don't have blocks, we will substitute them with books)
