Program Description

Event Details

Restorative Yoga is a type of Yoga that heals your body from stress. Feeling calmer, increasing mental clarity, and sleeping better are some of the many benefits of reducing stress. 

Join us for an hour of relaxation to give your body the necessary care it needs. If you want to, please bring your  yoga mat, bolster or pillow, blocks, and a blanket. Yes, we are going to get comfy. (If you don't have blocks, we will substitute them with books). Yoga mats will be available for the class.
