Program Description

Event Details

We teach young people to become advocates not only for their own mental health, but also for the mental health of others. Through our program, young people will learn the warning signs of suicide, ways to support someone in crisis, healthy coping skills, and what resources are available. Our live learning experience provides an opportunity for peer-to-peer discussion regarding topics and situations that are affecting young people’s mental health and remove the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

At the end of each program, an A.R.C. Angels t-shirt and information about free mental health and suicide resources are provided.

Recommended grades 7 - 12.
