Event Details

This event will provide attendees with a unique insight into the high-stakes world of crisis negotiation (formerly called hostage negotiations). Experienced negotiators will share their personal stories, challenges, and strategies learned on the job, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how they manage life-and-death situations. Additionally, the session will highlight the rigorous training and preparation required to become a professional crisis negotiator, including skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and decision-making under pressure.
