Event Details

In commemoration of America's 250th anniversary, the St. Charles City-County Library is offering a wide variety of presentations and programs throughout the year, highlighting local, state, and national events, time periods, and cultural moments.

Join retired Missouri attorney and speaker David Woods of O’Fallon, Missouri, for a compelling, practical look at Lincoln’s four-step decision-making model.  This model is drawn from one of the first dramatic moments in Lincoln’s career as a war-time President, the McClellan Peninsula Crisis of 1862.
