In commemoration of America's 250th anniversary, the St. Charles City-County Library is offering a wide variety of presentations and programs throughout the year, highlighting local, state, and national events, time periods, and cultural moments.
Learn about America's first spy ring, The Culper Six, and other American and British spies during the war. Create and decode ciphers using the Culper Ring's codes.
