In commemoration of America's 250th anniversary, the St. Charles City-County Library is offering a wide variety of presentations and programs throughout the year, highlighting local, state, and national events, time periods, and cultural moments.
Celebrate America 250 and Women's History Month with St. Charles County Parks and St. Charles City-County Libraries! This presentation will explore the lives and contributions of four Missouri women who influenced the early development of St. Charles, both before and after statehood. Learn about their legacies and why their contributions still matter today. Presented by historical staff from the St. Charles County Parks Department, you'll also learn how to do your own research to uncover hidden narratives.
