Event Details

Stress can cause very real damage to our bodies: headaches, heart disease, high blood pressure, fatigue, and more. Join licensed clinical psychologist and qualified meditation teacher, Dr. Theresa Van Iseghem (Dr. Van), who will be teaching how to practice self-care and how meditation can be used to relax the body and calm the mind. This can help with managing stress, reducing worry thoughts, and becoming more intentional in one's day. Meditation pillows and yoga mats are encouraged, but not required.
