Event Details

This program will discuss how the Eight Limbs of Yoga are relevant to our life outside of a studio. Yoga is much more than a movement practice. It is a practice of developing awareness, concentration, and enlightenment. Anyone can perform the practice of yoga in their daily life! This event will be hosted by certified yoga instructor Ms. Shaw, who will be presenting a unique yoga class emphasizing journaling type exercises, breathing, meditation, and a small amount of movement.
