Event Details

Stress can cause very real damage to our bodies: headaches, heart disease, high blood pressure, fatigue, and more. If you need help finding a way to help manage stress, you can join licensed Clinical Social Worker Ms. Rufle. She will discuss the many causes of common stress and how the brain signals the body to respond to it. You will leave knowing how to manage it with good self care, coping skills, and strategies.
