Stress can cause very real damage to our bodies: headaches, heart disease, high blood pressure, fatigue, and more. If you need help finding a way to help manage stress, you can join Senior Pastor Ms. Martin. She will be teaching several drawing techniques and show how art can be used in meditation or prayer to help alleviate stress and help us focus.
