Now that your sourdough starter is strong enough to make bread, let's go further in the marvels of breadmaking. And as always, beginners are welcome to come. we'll get you started.
Enriched doughs are the “good” stuff, made with added fats, sugars and liquids that add flavor, sweetness, and calories. Does that stop us from eating them? Of course not. Enrich breads are what we want to taste at holidays and for snacks, they make the bread softer, are best for sandwiches, and contain all the nuts, spices and dried fruits that say “Treats!”
