Do you want to bring more joy and laughter into your life? If yes, then Laughter Yoga is the right choice for you.

Developed by Indian physician Dr. Madan Kataria, Laughter Yoga is a mild exercise experience that combines childlike playfulness with breathing exercises. Come and laugh with us.  No experience is necessary as we will not be doing any Yoga poses.  You only need to bring a yoga mat if you want to lie down during the cool down at the end of the session.

Unaccompanied Child Parental Permission Form

Any children between the ages of 10 and 16 who will be attending this program without an adult present in the library must have a copy of the Unaccompanied Child Parental Permission Form on file. This form only needs to be filled once per school year.
