Annual Audit Review.

The St. Charles City-County Library District’s Finance and Audit Committee will conduct a meeting at 5:45 pm on Tuesday, December 20, 2022.  The meeting will be held in the Meeting Room A (Board Room) at the Library’s Administration Building located at 77 Boone Hills Road in St. Peters, Missouri.

Under the provisions of RSMo 610, the officers of the St. Charles City-County Library District’s Board of Trustees have been invited to attend this discussion; and therefore, there is a possibility that a quorum of the governing body may be present. A quorum is defined as five or more members of the authorized voting body.  No public votes are scheduled.

The tentative agenda of this meeting is to approve minutes from the December 8, 2021 Finance and Audit Committee meeting and to review the Fiscal Year 2022 audit results with representatives of Botz, Deal & Company, P.C.
