Program Description

Event Details

To celebrate June as pride month, we will be learning about an organization that influenced Missouri's LGBTQ+ history. The Lesbian Alliance of St. Louis was a non-profit organization founded in 1972 to advocate for LGBTQ+ and women’s rights. Located in St. Louis, Missouri, this organization published a recurring magazine, held support groups for women in transition, and owned a legal office for research and assistance.
