Notice of Possible Quorum

On Tuesday, February 7, 2023, LibraryIQ, the St. Charles City-County Library District’s strategic planning consultant, will host a focus group meeting with members of the Library’s Board of Trustees, Library Foundation Board Members, and Friends of the Library Officers. The focus group meeting will be held at 6:30 pm in Event Room L at the Spencer Road Branch located at 427 Spencer Road, Saint Peters, Missouri. 

Under the provisions of RSMo 610, all members of the St. Charles City-County Library District’s Board of Trustees have been invited to attend this event; and therefore, there is a possibility that a quorum of the governing body may be present. A quorum is defined as five or more members of the authorized voting body.  No public library business will be conducted and no votes will be taken.
