Event Details

This program/event is being offered in conjunction with this year's One Read.

Susan Peckham, senior paper conservator at the US Library of Congress, will join us virtually to share a brief history of the Library of Congress and its Conservation Laboratory. Susan will highlight the different kinds of collections that are housed at the Library (not just books!) and will share the various types of treatments used in the Conservation Laboratory, as well as how the Conservators interact with the rest of the Library's divisions.
