Program Description
Event Details
'Tis the formal-wear season! If you are in need of a dress for prom, the Kathryn Linnemann Branch is hosting their first Prom/Homecoming Dress Exchange!
Here's how it will work:
- From March 1st to March 24th, the Kathryn Linnemann Branch will be accepting donations of new or gently used prom or homecoming dresses
- Those who drop off a dress will receive a ticket which will allow them priority access during the dress selection event (limit 1 ticket per dress).
- On Friday, March 24th at 6pm, the doors will open to ticket-holders first. Ticket-holders will have from 6-6:30pm to select from the available dresses before the doors open to everyone else.
- At 6:30pm, the doors will open to non-ticket-holders and dress selection will last until 8:00pm.
Some additional notes:
- Please only donate clean dresses in acceptable condition.
- Limit 1 dress per person
- Any dresses left over at the conclusion of the event will be donated to the Fairy Glam Project
