Learn Sahaja Yoga Meditation to help you achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance in life.

Sahaja Yoga means 'Spontaneous Union with the Divine’.

One can attain this union by a process called Self-Realization - the awakening of Kundalini energy. After Self-Realization, one can effortlessly go into meditation and experience true peace and joy.
