Learn Sahaja Yoga Meditation to help you achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance in life.

Sahaja Yoga means 'Spontaneous Union with the Divine.' One can attain this union by a process called Self-Realization, the awakening of Kundalini energy. 

This class is led by a Sahaja yoga instructor. A yoga mat is not required.
