Event Details
It's fun, music, and meditation, all rolled in one! Grades 4 and older are welcome to join a meditation session accompanied with music, fun and interactive games. This class will help develop peace and mental resilience.
Parents and caregivers are welcome to accompany the tween.
This class is led by a Sahaja yoga instructor. A yoga mat is not required.
