Program Description

Event Details

This is an interactive Holiday sing-a-long geared towards seniors, but open to all. Individuals who enjoy listening and singing will enjoy this class! Family members and caregivers are also encouraged to attend as an opportunity to connect to their loved one while experiencing music together.

Music plays an important role in life for all of us and offers many benefits. Studies have shown a tremendous increase in overall feelings of well-being, not only when older adults sing on their own, but especially when singing together as a group. The joy and comradery that happens in group singing is truly amazing!

Songbooks will be provided to use during the class.
