Laugh - Cry - Relax - Release - Restore

Calm your mind, body, and spirit by listening to the gentle sounds of singing bowls, chimes, an ocean drum, a rain stick, etc. Wear comfortable clothing.  If you wish, bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, and other props that will make you comfortable. Some props will be provided.
