Everyone deals with stress. It can come from rough days at work, money troubles, or difficulties at home. Wherever your stress comes from, it can feel overwhelming. When that happens, we can take back a sense of control by learning how to manage our reactions to stress and its effect on our physical and mental well-being.
This class will discuss causes of stress, how stress affects the body, and ways to alleviate stress in your life. Relaxation techniques will be reviewed and practiced.
