Event Details
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to adventure through the woods and find your own food and shelter? Join staff from the Historic Daniel Boone Home to discover how Native Americans and settlers like Daniel Boone learned from each other to navigate the wilderness. Engage in hands-on activities to learn how to recognize animal tracks and using the resources around you to survive, just like people in Missouri did before roads and grocery stores existed!
Presented by Tessa Ehlen, Parks Interpreter, and Kami Ahrens, Manager of Business Operations, from The Historic Daniel Boone Home.
