Bake up a batch of biscotti. Pick up supplies for this Take & Make class at the Information Desk or drive-up window at the Spencer Road Branch or at the WingHaven® Branch.
For all the chefs and bakers out there, Take & Make is now stirring up something in the kitchen! Explore different spices and herbs with us throughout the year. January's theme is anise seeds.
We will supply the spice as well as the recipe to get you started. Kits will be available for pickup beginning December 5 and must be picked up by January 3 . Make your biscotti over the course of the month and then meet with us on January 5 at 6:30 pm to discuss our dishes: what went right, what went wrong, what changes you made, whether or not you would make it again. We want to talk about it all. We'd love for you to take pictures as you cook and share those with us too.

Kits will be available while supplies last.

- Flour
- Baking powder
