Program Description

Event Details

Calling all cooks and bakers, What's Cookin' Take & Make is stirring up something in the kitchen! Explore different herbs, spices, and techniques with us throughout the year. January's theme is cinnamon and our recipe is a King Arthur Flour 2021 Recipe of the Year. We know cinnamon is a common spice found in most kitchens, but this recipe uses a technique that may be new to most of us.

We will supply the spice, as well as the recipe to get you started. Kits will be available for pickup beginning December 1 and must be picked up by December 30. Make your rolls over the course of the month and then on January 4 at 5:30 pm we will meet to discuss our dishes: what went right, what went wrong, what changes you made, whether or not you would make it again. We want to talk about it all. We'd love for you to take pictures as you cook and share those with us too.
Note:  You might want to make these early in the month to make them again for a holiday breakfast.
