Event Details

Three Pines, while not found on any map, is inspired by real locations!  Take a trip to The Eastern Townships of Quebec and the world of Inspector Armand Gamache, hero of the Gamache Series by award winning author Louise Penny.  Anyone fortunate enough to find their way to Three Pines often finds their way back, as does Inspector Gamanche, joined by a cast of colorful characters.  Beginning with Still Life in 2005, Penny has charmed readers with seventeen books, also the inspiration for the 2022 Prime Video series Three Pines.

During each Travel Talk session we will learn about our title location as a destination and literary landmark, discuss travel tips, and practice using the Library as a travel resource.    

Do you have travel tips, favorite destinations, or photos to share?  Time will be included for sharing and discussing with each other.
