Join Boone Center Inc (BCI) Benefits Case Manager Sandy Weitkamp as she discusses the major public benefit programs, how they support individuals, and how they work together to foster health and independence for people with disabilities.

Learn the differences between Social Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), Medicaid and Medicare.

Sandy Weitkamp, Benefits Case Manager for the Skills Center, a Vocational Training company for people with disabilities. This is an excellent resource for caregivers for those with disabilities. Her knowledge of Social Security and Medicaid programs are instrumental in helping people with disabilities join the workforce without fear of losing needed supports. She is a community resource for anyone who has questions. Sandy has bachelor's degrees in Educational Studies and Special Education as well as a master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
