Coloring and Puzzles for Adults
Join us for a relaxing hour of coloring for adults. We will also have jigsaw puzzles available to work on as well as some pencil puzzles.
Evidence-based program, addresses the fear of falling, which is a risk factor for falls. Participants increase activity levels through a short exercise component, discuss risk factors, and learn strategies to keep them on their feet.

Work on your own knit, crochet, embroidery, sewing, etc. project with fellow fiber arts enthusiasts!
