In commemoration of America's 250th anniversary, the St. Charles City-County Library is offering a wide variety of presentations and programs throughout the year, highlighting local, state, and national events, time periods, and cultural moments.
Edgar Allan Poe returns to the Library with historical company…and some competition! Mary Shelley has arrived on the scene and demands that Poe start sharing the spotlight.
