Standard setup includes 4 chairs around a table. Not all room set-ups will accommodate the maximum room capacity.
The reserving organization shall ensure that the Meeting Rooms are left in a professional manner (e.g. tables are clean, trash is deposited in appropriate bins, and the tables and chairs are returned to the original positions).
