Make your own Monster Pencil Topper for spooky season. All supplies for the craft will be provided. Available at all Library to You Bookmobile stops Sept 30, October 1, 3, 5, 8, 9, and 10.
This craft is created using a low temp hot glue gun. Recommended for ages 8 and up.
